Return Policy

Please be advised that due to COVID-19, we have implemented an updated return and exchange policy to maintain the safety of our staff and customers. 


- All items are FINAL SALE


In the event of an order discrepancy, please contact us via email within (3) days of order delivery to notify us of the issue via a ticket by logging into the "My Account" link below.



- A full photo of the image must also be sent via email to [email protected] along with your name, order number, and contact information.

- Items must be unsoiled, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return.      There are no exceptions.

- Returns under this circumstance are qualified for item replacement or store credit only. Refunds or item        exchanges are not permitted.

- Notifications forwarded after the allotted (3) day window are not eligible for replacement or store credit. 


Leotards, undergarments, shoes, dance accessories (flags, scarves, streamers, billows, etc.), anointing oils, scarves, and handkerchiefs are FINAL sale and cannot be returned under any circumstance. 

Items purchased as part of a promotion, sale, clearance, or "Deal of the Week" are FINAL and may not be returned.
